Marriage is much like a road trip with its ups and downs (and potholes along the way) and Ndumiso Lindi and Tumi Morake are no strangers to the concept! Back by popular demand, Ndumiso and Tumi are hitting the road again with their hilarious stand-up comedy show, Married…But Not To Each Other. It’s not a show just about marriage, it’s about the world that these marriages have to survive in.
The comedy duo will be opening the 2019 season on the 24th of May at the Soweto Theatre, 1st of June at the Flamingo Casino in Kimberley and the 8th of June at PACOFS in Bloemfontein – with additional dates to follow. The show has already seen successful runs in Pretoria, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Mafikeng, Botswana, Port Elizabeth, Krugersdorp, Durban, Secunda and Nelspruit.

Edgars has officially launched Edgars Beauty to the public and to the who’s who in the beauty industry.
The transition of the new Edgars Beauty store formats started last year July, creating much more exciting and welcoming environments, where beauty fanatics can transcend to “Beauty Heaven” and ignite their senses, through touch, feel and smell. Customers will get an opportunity to play with colour, learn to apply make-up and/or have a make-over. Not only is the Edgars Beauty store a haven for all things beauty, one is guaranteed to get coveted exclusive international brands like Inglot, a master colour brand that affords customers the opportunity to build their own palettes, and the crème de la crème of beauty connoisseur brands like Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Benefit and many-many more.
I used to be a TV Producer and I would accompany celebrity guests whom I had booked for our show, to hair and make-up. The irony is that I never got a “face beat” myself, until today. I usually wear minimal everyday make-up, but one can create “red carpet” looks with one’s own make-up and brushes. My niece, @nurul’ayncassiem@_foxybeauty is the Make-Up Artist (MUA) who done my “soft glam evening” look in this post. She used items from my own make-up drawers such as @essence_cosmetics@maccosmetics@maybelline and @woolworths_sa.
A lot of talent and skill is needed to become a Make-Up Artist, as you are literally transforming someone’s appearance from drab to fab! Should you wish to book Nurul-Ayn Cassiem, please contact her via Hello.firstname.lastname@example.org or follow her on Instagram @_Foxybeauty.
