Since making its debut on DStv Channel 303 on 25 September 2006, Disney Channel has become a beloved destination for family-friendly entertainment, introducing viewers to a world filled with friendship, adventure, music, laughter and unforgettable characters.


Fans across Africa can look forward to celebrations packed with nostalgia, exciting new content and plenty of surprises.

And I was pleasantly surprised by this nostalgic press drop, containing cool kicks with the logos of legacy Disney shows such as Hannah Montana, Raven’s Home and High School Musical.

The Nutcracker at Montecasino: Meet Clara!

Different young artists will perform the role of Clara in upcoming run

Cape Ballet Africa’s brand-new production of The Nutcracker this December at Teatro, Montecasino will feature six young artists sharing the role of Clara; the young girl who receives a magical nutcracker doll for Christmas and goes on on adventures in magical lands.

The rising young performers dancing Clara include three dancers from Johannesburg and three from Cape Town.
