This year’s Decorex Cape Town, fittingly themed ‘Designing for Africa – feels like home’, will showcase the wealth of this city’s design talent at this unmissable exhibition.

“Cape Town is synonymous with high-end design, yet there is no one style that signifies this city,” said Sian Cullingworth, Portfolio Director at Reed Exhibitions. “It’s a beautiful fusion of diverse cultures and influences that represent this continent, ever-changing to reflect the incoming trends. Visitors to Decorex Cape Town will get to witness the expression of the city’s most dynamic designers as they craft some inspired installations for the show.”

Married…But Not To Each Other (New Comedy Show)

Marriage is much like a road trip with its ups and downs (and potholes along the way) and Ndumiso Lindi and Tumi Morake are no strangers to the concept! Back by popular demand, Ndumiso and Tumi are hitting the road again with their hilarious stand-up comedy show, Married…But Not To Each Other. It’s not a show just about marriage, it’s about the world that these marriages have to survive in.

The comedy duo will be opening the 2019 season on the 24^th of May at the Soweto Theatre, 1^st of June at the Flamingo Casino in Kimberley and the 8^th of June at PACOFS in Bloemfontein – with additional dates to follow. The show has already seen successful runs in Pretoria, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Mafikeng, Botswana, Port Elizabeth, Krugersdorp, Durban, Secunda and Nelspruit.

Top 10 BOKEH Emerging Creative Talent Finalists Announced

The top 10 Bokeh Emerging Creative Talent finalists were announced at the glamourous “Bokeh on Tour” events in Johannesburg and Durban recently.

Over 40 film entries were received from aspirant South African film creatives under the theme “The City Superhero”. The top 10 will go on to compete for the grand prize of R50 000 which will be announced at the sixth edition of the prestigious Bokeh South African International Lifestyle and Fashion Film Festival later this year.
