ESPN Africa has announced an exciting addition to its programming for sports fans across the continent as it has secured the broadcast rights to Japan RugbyLeague One (Division 1). Adding to its diverse variety of programming for rugby enthusiasts to enjoy, this exhilarating new league kicked off on ESPN recently and will run for the next six months, leading up to the finals in May 2024.
The Japan RugbyLeague One has 25 foreign players from seven different countries who participated at the 2023 Rugby World Cup, competing in the 2023/24 season of this prestigious league. The Springbok players signed up to play are: Franco Mostert (Mie Honda Heat), Pieter Steph du Toit (Toyota Verblitz), Faf de Klerk (Yokohama Canon Eagles), Damien de Allende (Saitama Panasonic Wild Knights), Jesse Kriel (Yokohama Canon Eagles), Cheslin Kolbe (Tokyo Suntory Sungoliath) and Kwagga Smith (Shizuoka Blue Revs).
Disney+ announced that, in celebration of the fourth season of “The Kardashians”, the streaming service from The Walt Disney Company is bringing an all-new, immersive experience to Gauteng this summer.
‘“TheKardashians Experience” is a unique, free pop-up event that will transport fans into the world of the famous family. Visitors will be able to enter a specially-branded airstream and stop by the glam station before creating their own “konfessional” to camera, which they will then be able to share on social media.

The DreamWorks channel’s first-ever activation in South Africa, DreamWorks “Find the Fun”, is now open at the Mall of Africa in Midrand. Visitors of all ages are invited to enjoy the unique and enthralling experience, which promises fun for the whole family this festive season.
Open until 23 December 2023, the immersive DreamWorks “Find the Fun” zone is stationed in the centre court, close to Spur. Young visitors can try their balance with How to Train Your Dragon cloud stepping-stones; trail and slide down a Trolls rainbow; test their memory skills with the Trollhunters memory game wall; play on mini trampolines and a DreamWorks-inspired hopscotch; have fun with a face cut-out wall and a soft play area; and win prizes through exciting games. DreamWorks “Find the Fun” also includes a screening area, where kids can enjoy the DreamWorks channel offering.
