The 58th annual showdown between the top American Football teams, the 2024 American National Football League’s Super Bowl takes place this month and will broadcast live, exclusively across Africa on ESPN (Dstv 218, Starsat 248) and on ESPN2 (DStv 249) from 1:30 AM (CAT) on Monday 12 February 2024.

One of the most celebrated events on the U.S. sporting calendar, the annual championship game that will see the league’s top franchises competing to hold the coveted Vince Lombardi Trophy, will be repeated later in the day. On ESPN2, there will be rull repeats at 08:00 and 20:00, with a 14:00 slot scheduled for ESPN. A highlights package will air later in the week with broadcast slots to be confirmed. Extending beyond sport, the Super Bowl is a truly global cultural event, with high-entertainment value accompanying a nail-biting game.
