Yesterday, I attended the GH Mumm SA Icon of Victory event, held at the Four Seasons Westcliff hotel. The event put a definite sprinkle of glamour on an otherwise dreary spring day in Jozi. We arrived in the early afternoon, dressed for autumn weather, and snapped some red carpet pics.

The event was attended, it seemed, in equal parts by celebs, corporate big wigs and the media, giving it a lovely mix of people to chat to.

The Icon of Victory with GH Mumm champagne, was a celebration of the Monza Grand Prix as well as a showcase for 3 local designers, namely Naked Ape, Clive Rundle and Gert Johan Coetzee.
