Jennifer Meyer Jewellery

I’ve always adored the gorgeous jewellery worn by Jennifer Aniston, in her movies and in person. I even created a wish list – that Gold Leaf necklace her character wore in “The Break Up” and the Wish Bone Necklace from “She’s just not that into you” – the list is endless.

I searched the Internet to find out where one could buy this jewellery line and discovered that they were mostly designed and hand made by Jennifer Meyer. The latest trend from Jennifer Meyer is the gold bar necklace – as seen on the celebrity necks of Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian et al.

Some more research revealed that Jennifer Meyer was married to actor Tobey Maguire and she has joined forces with power stylist, author, reality star and fashion designer, Rachel Zoe, to create a line for her, incorporating lucky charms.

I love this jewellery collection (consisting of necklaces, rings, bracelets and earrings) because it is stylish, classic with a modern twist and incorporates some of my favourite charms and trinkets – a leaf, your initial, your name on a simple gold bar, stars, the wish bone, etc. Understated elegance are the words that come to mind.

For most South Africans, it is outrageously expensive, I mean, take a look at the prices in the above photos! When I win millions in the lotto, I have some idea of how I will celebrate (hint, hint).

But every woman should have a jewellery Pinterest wish board so that one has a visual reference for future purchases. I have a rather extensive “Rings ‘n Things” Pinterest wish list board – of course, mostly featuring Jennifer Meyer.

You can shop online for Jennifer Meyer’s Collection here.
