I was recently invited to the launch of a new hotel in Sandton, called The CAPITAL On The Park Apartments and Suites.

My husband Siraaj Cassiem and I, had the pleasure of also reviewing this hotel. What really stands out for me is the ‘apartment’ aspect of the hotel. It has a fully equipped kitchen, not just a kitchenette!

This sparked the idea to invite over some friends for a quick meal, because I was able to cook up a few steaks on the super modern stove. Besides the usual amenities that one finds in all or most hotels (bar, restaurant, gym, etc.) the convenience of having a little cafe/shop on the ground floor, just in case you forgot an ingredient, also adds to the uniqueness of The CAPITAL On The Park.
