Ingredients: 50 ml gin, 50 ml pineapple juice, 10 ml agave nectar, 20 ml lime juice, 3–4 fresh basil leaves, topped with Sanpellegrino Zero Blood Orange.

Method: Add gin, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave nectar, and basil leaves to a cocktail shaker. Fill with cubed ice, shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds.
